#TheGreatBeautyofGuangdong On May 20, “Cultivation—Lingnan painter Chen Dehong’s Chinese landscape painting exhibition” was unveiled in Chi Wai Wong Art Museum, Foshan City. The exhibition displays 43 selected paintings by Chen Dehong in the past year. Devoted to giving a new leash of life to Lingnan School painting, Chen, under the influence of both traditional Chinese culture and modern art schools such as Impressionism, Fauvism, and Cubism, combines traditional painting techniques with modern flavors, conjuring up unique artistic images. Among the paintings on display, many of them are inspired by Xiqiao Mountain, a famous attraction in Nanhai, Foshan City.

5月20日，“修行——岭南画家陈德鸿中国山水画写生精品展”在佛山市黄志伟艺术馆开幕。本次画展展出43幅画作，均为陈德鸿近一年来的作品。陈德鸿致力于岭南画派的传承与创新，其作品遵循传统又与时代同行，笔法上兼受中国传统文化以及西方印象派、野兽派、立体派等现代美术流派的影响，构图新颖，意境独特。此次展出的画作中，不少是他在佛山南海著名景点西樵山画成，如《西樵密林》《秋染樵山》《樵山飘雪》等。
