data-autoskip="1"><p>皮带机导料槽下方的缓冲托辊承担着缓解物料冲击、保护皮带的重要作用。在作业过程中，由于长期承受散货持续冲击损耗较大、更换频次较高，是现场维保的关键设备。但由于其安装在结构复杂的固定式支架上，维保时需多人、多类工属具协同配合，作业流程繁琐，单个托辊更换耗时在50至60分钟，制约着现场作业高效运转。</p><p>为此，曹妃甸实业港务技术团队立足现场作业需求，通过增设放平抽拉结构，将原有缓冲托辊固定式支架升级改造为底部带滑轨的可移动式缓冲托辊架。改造完成后，更换缓冲托辊仅需松开指定螺栓、放平支架或通过滑轨将托辊支架移至外侧，即可进行作业。单个托辊维修作业时长降低至10分钟以内，维修效率提升超80%，大幅压缩了设备停机检修时间，确保了现场作业的连续性。</p><section
