河源紫金：云雾缭绕，魅力茶乡
Lingnan: Beauty Beyond Borders | Zijin County is located in the east-central part of #Guangdong, with a history of nearly 700 years of tea growing. It is a unique and charming tea town among the top 100 counties in China’s tea industry. In 2023, the #tea growing area in Zijin County has reached 80000 acres, and it is expected that by 2025, the area in the entire county will reach 100000 acres, with a total output of 5000 tons.
After the spring rain, the high #mountains are covered with clouds and mist, and tea trees are still left on the water droplets. Standing on the #mountainside, the spring breeze gently blew the face of tea-picking women. They hummed a folk song while picking spring tea, getting the first gift from the mountain in 2024, which is also the first #harvest season of the new year's farming.
These teas are tender and juicy, with long, straight tea leaves. After the wriggling little green leafhoppers have bitten on the green buds, the tea leaves are then carefully made through a unique processing technique, with a surprisingly rich honey aroma. After picking the #fresh tea leaves, the tea farmers make the leaves into green tea with a sweet flavor through the processing #techniques of fixation, kneading, and drying; it can also be made into black tea, which is brown, with a mellow and sweet flavor, resembling the warmth of the #Hakka people's hospitality to their guests. #SplendidLingnan
紫金县位于广东省东中部，这里盛产茶叶，种茶历史已有近700年，是中国茶业百强县、特色魅力茶乡。2023年，紫金县茶叶种植面积已达8万亩，预计到2025年，全县茶叶种植面积达到10万亩，总产量达5000吨。
春雨过后，高山之上的云雾缭绕，茶叶上水珠盈盈。上春山，站在山腰之处，春风拂面，客家采茶女一边哼着山歌一边采着春茶，收获着2024年大山的第一笔馈赠，这也是新一年农事的第一个丰收季。
这一片片长成的茶叶鲜嫩饱满，茶条修长挺括，谁都不曾想到，蠕动的小绿叶蝉在绿芽上叮咬过后，经独特加工工艺精制而成的茶叶，竟是如此蜜香馥郁。茶农亲手将鲜茶叶摘下后，通过杀青、揉捻、干燥等加工工艺，把茶叶制成绿茶，茶汤味道甘醇；也可以制成红茶，茶汤呈褐色，味道醇厚、甜润，似客家人待客的热情。
